These terms govern any project, retainer, or service you engage Techlonicx for, whether through a fixed package on this site or a custom quote. By hiring us or making a payment, you accept these terms.
Techlonicx provides software and web development, business automation, hosting and maintenance, BPO and outsourcing services, dedicated teams, travel technology, IATA and travel-business consulting, and digital marketing. The specifics of what's included in any engagement are set out in the package description or a written quote — those specifics take precedence over general descriptions on this site.
Fixed packages (like the Website package) include what's listed on the Services page at the time of purchase. Anything outside that scope — extra pages, additional features, expanded functionality — is quoted and billed separately.
For custom-quoted work, the scope, price, and timeline in our written quote is what applies, not any earlier estimate or verbal conversation.
Fixed packages are paid upfront through our payment provider (Razorpay) before work begins. Custom projects may follow a milestone-based payment schedule set out in the quote. Hosting and maintenance retainers, and advertising retainers, are billed monthly and can be cancelled per the terms in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Prices on this site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice.

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables — the website, codebase, or creative assets built for you — unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to.
Fixed packages include a set number of revision rounds, listed in the package description. Additional revisions, or changes to agreed scope, are quoted separately.
Some outcomes depend on third parties we don't control — for example accreditation bodies (such as IATA), GDS and API providers, payment gateways, app stores and advertising platforms. Our consulting and implementation support helps you prepare and apply, but approvals, availability, commercial terms and policies remain the decision of the relevant third party, and we cannot guarantee them.
Either party can end an ongoing retainer (hosting, maintenance, or advertising) with notice, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. For project-based work already in progress, work completed up to the point of termination is billable.
We do our best work on every project, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (like a particular amount of traffic, leads, or revenue) from a website build or ad campaign. Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in the courts having jurisdiction over Gurugram, Haryana.
